Sustainability and Triple Bottom Line Planning in Social Enterprises: Developing the Guidelines for Social Entrepreneurs

The article aims to discuss why and how the triple bottom line (TBL) approach can be adapted manage sustainability performance in social enterprises thus assist entrepreneurs, who hold central position process of enterprise development. A system model based on design models such as "Design Results" "Cogniscope" was produced through synthesis multiple conceptual approaches following a systematic review protocol guided by PRISMA Statement (‘‘Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses’’). While extending CogniScope' systems theory practice context S-ENT accountability, proposes four phases (discovery, diagnosis design, implementation, measurement) planning organizing TBL efforts within enterprises. outcomes study will aid practitioners implementation framework managing entrepreneurship ventures. applicability explored developed subsequent work different contexts.
